Honey started with a Sleep Drifter intro and contained Sleep Drifter, Nuclear Fusion, and Billabong Valley teases. The River contained Iron Lung teases. Before Gamma Knife, Ambrose quoted "That's not a knife… THAT's a knife." from Crocodile Dundee and the song was introduced as a song about the future of knives. The Bitter Boogie featured Ambrose on sax. The Lord Of Lightning was on the printed setlist before The Bitter Boogie but was not played.
